These terms apply to fijibaat.io and the contributor/admin application at fijibaat.1818.one (together, "Fiji Baat"), operated by Nighthawk Productions Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using either site, you agree to these terms.
By submitting a voice recording, you confirm that it's your own voice, that you have the right to share it, and you consent to it being used to train and improve the Fiji Baat voice model, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request removal of your raw recordings at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how that works once a recording has already been used in a trained model.
If you suggest a new phrase for others to record, you're granting us permission to add it to the shared prompt list if approved. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything offensive or misleading.
Don't use Fiji Baat to submit recordings or content that are unlawful, impersonate someone else, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform (including automated/bot submissions). We can suspend or remove access for accounts that do.
Tools built from the Fiji Baat voice model may be offered free of charge to the community, and the underlying dataset, voice model, and platform may also be licensed to third parties as described on our For Business page. Nothing on fijibaat.io constitutes a binding licence — any licensing arrangement is finalised separately, in writing.
Fiji Baat, including any free tools built from it, is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Donations made through our donation link support the ongoing costs of this project. Unless stated otherwise at the time, donations are not refundable and are not tax-deductible.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
